Oakton dazzles families with Winter Glowfest

Oakton Elementary PTA and fine arts teachers collaborated on Oakton Elementary’s Winter Glowfest, which dazzled families with a glow-in-the-dark art show, dance party, crafts, snacks, and games. Students and families came together to celebrate creativity, joy, and community! The event was a collaboration between the PTA and Oakton fine arts teachers Marisa Hernandez, Zach Greenberg, Kara Bourke, and Michael Rodriguez.

“It was truly a light in the darker days of winter, bringing everyone together for a night of laughter and connection,” said Ms. Hernandez. “The event was a beautiful reminder of the strength and warmth of our Oakton community!”
